CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. We understand that life happens — if you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. Your deposit is non-refundable, but with proper notice, it can be transferred once to a new appointment within 30 days. These policies help ensure availability for all clients and honor the time and preparation that goes into each customized treatment.
