CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is set aside just for you. When there’s a no show or last-minute cancellation, it not only leaves an empty treatment room but also means another client may have missed the chance to book that time. To keep things fair for everyone, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged 50% of the service, and no shows are charged 100%. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if rebooked within 30 days. By booking, you agree to this policy. Your understanding and support allow me to continue providing a welcoming, personalized space for all clients.
